Nature Poetry with St. Negritude

Poet Toussaint St. Negritude, author of Mountain Spells, is holding two nature poetry workshops in Montpelier.

  • For teens (ages 13-19): Learn how to observe and engage with nature as inspiration for poetry writing in an open-ended discussion format investigating their relationship with nature. The free one-hour event begins at 10 am; registration is required.

  • For adults (18+): The casual, open-ended format provides an opportunity to learn how to closely observe and engage with nature as inspiration for poetry writing. Participants are invited to explore pathways to follow in life through analyzing our relationship with nature. The drop-in program is free. Learn more here.
