Local Montpelier authors Lloyd Devereux Richards and Samantha Kolber will be at the Montpelier library in conversation about the craft of writing about trauma, drama, and teen characters for the adult audience.

Richards’s novel, Love on the Perimeter, features a 17-year-old protagonist who solves a crime, and in the process heals his childhood wounds; Kolber’s novel, What She Stole, features a 17-year-old protagonist who commits a crime, and by the end of the novel heals her childhood wounds.

Both authors will read small excerpts from their books, field audience questions, and sign books.
