Poetry Society of Vermont Honors Gordon, Kolber

A poem by Nancy Gordon, “Saying Goodbye,” has won the Mary Margarette Audette Award 2025 from the Poetry Society of Vermont. Gordon is the author of the debut chapbook Time Capsule: Poems, which releases October 14th.

We are also pleased to announce that Rootstock Publisher Samantha Kolber’s poem, “The Night Splinters,” has been selected for honorable mention for the Goldstein Memorial Award.

Both poems will be published in the 2026 edition of The Mountain Troubadour.
